We worked with this North Carolina real estate agent to differentiate a high-end property listing dubbed "The Magnolia House" through marketing materials that would match the sophistication and lifestyle aspirations of luxury home buyers.

We anchored the design with a bold black color palette that immediately conveyed premium positioning, then layered in refined typography and strategic layout choices that allowed the property's existing photography to command attention.
