The outdated platform failed to capture the stunning natural beauty that makes Bear Lake such a coveted destination, and the user experience didn't reflect the professional service clients could expect from the team. A significant technical challenge emerged: the redesign had to be built entirely within their existing Lofty CRM system, which imposed strict limitations on customization options and functionality that wouldn't exist with traditional web development platforms.
Our primary goal was to create a website worthy of the Bear Lake region's breathtaking scenery while working within the constraints of the Lofty platform. Despite Lofty's limitations, we successfully redesigned the entire site architecture, creating dedicated pages for each surrounding town complete with lifestyle information and local attractions that position the team as area experts. We enhanced the home search functionality and completely rebuilt the buying and selling resource pages to guide clients through their real estate journey. The revamped about and contact pages now properly showcase the team's expertise and accessibility. Through creative problem-solving within the CRM's constraints, we delivered a gorgeous, user-friendly website that authentically represents both the natural beauty of Bear Lake and the professionalism of the Bear Lake Getaway team.
