Scaling a Legacy
The Candy Pan is a vessel for tradition. While the founder, Sandi, and her team had already cultivated a dedicated community of makers, they reached a plateau in how to leverage that loyalty for growth. They needed to move from being a hidden gem tool to a household name in the confectionery space. We stepped in to engineer a dual-track strategy: high-velocity Meta advertising paired with deeply personal, story-driven content.
In a world of fast-paced, faceless kitchen hacks, we went the other direction. We focused on the human behind the brand. By positioning the owner, Sandi, as the face of the business, we transformed The Candy Pan from a product into a personality.
Our production strategy focused on two pillars: full-scale recipe walkthroughs and technical demonstrations that prove the tool’s superiority in the kitchen, and sit-down storytelling that captures the "why" behind the brand (family connections, holiday memories, and the heritage of home candy making).
